Coaching and consulting focus on the future to help you find the “How?”
Therapy focuses on the past; it helps you find the “why?” of your state.
Coaching and consulting are slightly different. A coach will help you dig deeper internally to bust through blocks that are obstacles to your success. A consultant gives you specific direction, direct help, direct steps to reach your goal.
Our coaching sessions will be done over the phone or via Skype od Zoom. If you happen to live in the Washington DC area, we could arrange for an in-person coaching/consulting session for an additional fee.
